Cinea
Refund policy
Digital downloads
Cinea is a digital product. Because you get the files straight after checkout, EU law lets us ask you to give up the usual 14 day right of withdrawal at checkout, and we do. That means a download can’t normally be returned.
When we do refund
If the profiles don’t install or don’t work in your editor and we can’t fix it together, you get your money back. Email us within 14 days of your order with your order number and what goes wrong.
Try before you buy
Gold 200 is free, so you can test a stock on your own RAW files before you pay for the pack.
How to reach us
Email cineaworks@gmail.com. We answer within two working days. Refunds go back to the payment method you used.
